Terms & Conditions – Raiders Giveaway
- Persons under the age of 21 years are not permitted to participate.
- Entrants are required to be a US citizen and currently living within USA
- The prize is two (2) Raiders game tickets at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, whereby the specific game will be decided by Oddschoice.
- The prize includes two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) persons (Sharing) at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, including return flights to Las Vegas for two (2) persons from within North America borders.
- Any person who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons (as per gambling legislation) is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotional giveaway is open for participation from 1st October 2021 at 00h01 ET and ends on 15 November 2021 at 23:59 ET (“Duration”).
- Entry into this promotional giveaway is free and in order to enter this promotion you will need to register with a valid email address and telephone number.
- Only 1 (one) entry per participant is allowed – in the event that multiple entries are identified, only the first entry will be deemed valid. Any additional entries will be invalid.
- The winner will be selected by way of random draw and the winner will be notified within five (5) days of the completion of the promotional period.
- The winner will be notified via the email address or telephone number furnished.
- The prize winner must provide a valid and legal form of identification in the form of a US identity document, drivers’ licence, or passport.
- If the prize winner fails to claim or OddsChoice is unable to reach the prize winner, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect email or telephone number – OddsChoice reserves the right, after a period of seven (7) days, to issue the prize to the next participant. In such instances, the initial prize winner will forfeit the prize without compensation.
- Participants may be invited to take part in publicity campaigns subject to agreement.
- No staff member of OddsChoice and/or any of their affiliated companies or agencies, tenants, business partners, members of their immediate family, or staff members of the sponsor of the competition or any of their affiliated companies or agencies, and members of their immediate family or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies may enter the competition.
- By entering this competition, you are permitting oddschoice.com and its affiliate network of sites to contact you.
- Offer is subject to availability.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that contact details provided are correct and updated, should they change before the end of the competition or within the competition period.
- The prize is not negotiable, nor transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- As per the Stadiums terms and conditions, entrants are required to have a covid 19 vaccination
- The decisions made by Oddschoice management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, travel arrangement, rules, prizes and compliance is in accordance with Oddschoice’s standards of conduct. No correspondence will be entered into. Oddschoice reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (such as technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, changes in applicable law, interruption in the NFL season, failure of stats provider, failure of hotel provider, and failure to obtain a minimum number of entrants).
Exclusions:
- Any Transfers to and from the airport and to and from the game
- Items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry etc
- Meals and drinks
- Tips, porterage and gratuities
- Travel insurance
